That's a good one. I tend to grab unhealthy snacks when I am upset or feeling agitated and they NEVER do the trick of making me feel better. It is just an automatic response and lately, I have been stopping myself. Before, I never realized just how automatic this habit is! I realize I am not hungry at all - just grabbing at something that I imagine will help me out. It doesn't.

I remember once I had an obsessive craving for a cupcake. After a couple of days I was by a bakery so I bought one. When I got home and ate it I was left wondering what all the drama was about since eating it was no big deal. That's were I got the idea that the anticipation was the exciting part not the actual eating.
