It’s May the month of getting warmer weather. Let's play or exercise. ! And eat health too during May.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. This challenge runs the month of April.

I am starting today over. I am eating 2 cups of frozen blueberries thawed. I add stevia to it I am eating 8 cups of whole wheat rotini. And having marinara sauce with no fat. 0 in purple. I have 1/2 cup of blueberries 4 times a day. Vanessa is coming this morning to shower with me. Iw ant to add the treadmill in slowly at 1.5. I feel so out of shape but its May and I need to play. I feel so lucky. Vanessa is taking me to Whole Foods tomorrow. And then the credit Union which opens up at 730 drive up. I am also going today with Russ and Scott to celebrate Russ;s 65th birthday today. I am dying for both. I am going to get a Diet Pepsi. I will eat before noon. I shop with Russ Thursday to g4t more whole whepast and frozen blueberries and Stevia packets.i am determined. I may add 2 packets of high fiber oatmeal which is 10 pints. I get 16 in purple. \
