It’s May, the month of getting warmer weather . Let's play and exercise outside more! And keep on eating healthy too! WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too! Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. This challenge runs the month of May. So I went to a WW meeting yesterday. The leader is excellent! I'm starting out with the purple plan.

Amy, after filling out the questionnaire that's what the WW ap came up with. It does sound about right but it'll be a change for me. My diet has gotten really terrible and it used to be quite good. I enjoy whole, healthy foods and don't know why I got SO off track.

Deb nd the 16 points a day are good to work with. For example I m having 5 cups of old fashioned oats a day. and 5/8 cup raisins 1/8 cup in each bowl for 14 points. It is very doable.

Deb you can eat so many things and use the 16 and you weeky points too to add additions that satisfy you. I couldn't exercise I couldnt find the remote to my treadmill. I found it. I am going to start tomorrow.
