I would like to have more food imagination so I would eat more of a variety of foods.

No changes needed since I am OP, eating within points, getting a balanced diet, and exercising. Just a waiting game at this point.

* Add at least one more cup of water daily. * Exercise 150 minutes a week on exercise bike or some other form of exercise consistently. * Get better sleep, break habit of waking up several times a night. * I would like to lose five to 10 more pounds as I'm not quite down to 25 on the BMI chart.
The plus is I'm staying at goal and can wear most of my summer clothes, I love being back at goal!

mac, so great you are enjoying your summer clothes at goal. Do you feel/think you need to change anything in your weight management journey? I need to keep changing and evolving in my daily thinking so that every day becomes easier to stay on plan. Consistency works best for me, so creating a constant formula for dealing with the harder aspects of eating out, drinks with friends, being on vacation, weekends... all require nimble thinking and negotiation. Iām also trying to change the way I view success: telling myself to enjoy the process of getting to goal weight, as opposed to waiting until I get there. always more water, more stretching, more gratitude

Always room fir improvement in my consistently and perseverance. I need more water, more exercise and more green foods. I also need to limit sweets a bit more
