Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Good day. Today is Friday- Today's daily challenge is self-appreciation!!! We pick at life and complain about our weight till when our health turns we realize what is most important is good health including outlook on life,.Celebrate life and the includes "me"

GOODDD EARLY morning. I woke up hungry. Took my antibiotic. Tomorrow is the last time.I am eating a big breakfast very early.toaast with a tablespoon of peanut butter diet cocoa nd cold 2.2 oz of tuna.fish. Finished breakfast feel very satisfied I needed the tunafish for more protein. I eat 6 Healthy life 3 bread and 6 tablespoons of peanut butter 6.6 oz of tuna fish. 1 WW smoothie diet cocoa 2 point chocolate jello non sugar pudding 3 cups vice lite popcorn gelatin without added sugar. i like the variety 1000 grams of cALCIUM. 21 PROTEIN OF PEANUT BUTTER 10 PROTEIN FROM WW SHAKE 33 PROTEIN FROM TUNAFISH. 4 WHOLE GRAIN SERVINGS.

Still working the steps. It's a beautiful day here. I have a Dentist appointment at 11:00 then maybe go for a quick walk on the towpath.

Hi Brenda. Diddd 30 minutes on treadmill at 2.1 mph for 1 mile. I did a mile of WATP too. i like this combination.

I rearranged my calcium. 2 ww smoothies for 1200 calcium and 20 protein, Cut out diet cocoa and chocolate pudding.i bought 24 apples just now 2 a day until a week from next Tuesday. the 25th I go to WW tomorrow now feeling so much better.I have almost 9000 steps now today.
