Today is the day we share our goals for this week and what we plan to do with our me-time. You can also post about anything else you want.

My goals are to attend a virtual WW meeting this week, keep tracking, weighing and measuring, keeping the right food in the house, keeping up with my online support groups (very important to me), and do my meditation. My me-time is my computer, puzzle, reading, and meditating time.

Goals: * Journal every night at bedtime and get blue dots on WW app every morning. * Join at least one workshop a day, use what I learn in workshops in my life. * Be sure to include the five food groups when planning meals as well as mostly whole foods. * Strive to get 6 cups water, 150 minutes exercise and at least six hours of sleep daily. * Read and post on BBR, WW connect groups and Mayo Clinic Connect daily.
Me time: * Keep in touch with kids and friends. * Spend nights this week with son at beach. * Watch tv, computer and do puzzle. * Spend some time in garden. * Sit in sun on my back porch most days.

GOALS * Get the Taxes and FATCA forms filled out and submitted
* Tracking * Hydration * Positive outlook * Exercise * Nothing new...just to persevere and stick it out in the doldrums till the breeze comes to move me on my way to goal.
ME TIME * All my time is me time so I will read, walk, etc

Goals: Continue making exercise a priority even though my schedule is getting more active.
Me-time: Reading, jazzercise, crocheting, watching movies and enjoying dining out with Mr. Luvvinlife.
