It’s May, the month of getting warmer weather . Let's play and exercise outside more! And keep on eating healthy too! WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too! Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. This challenge runs the month of May. GOOD DAY. my two knees hurt yesterday after I banged them under a table. But I feel better today. If my 2 knes still hurt I can get cartilage shots there.

I am following purple where I ue the whole 16 points. My eft knee hurts a lot. I need cartilage shots. But I can't get into the thing to write to my doctor now.

I finally got into my chart to write my bone doctor. She had previously said I may need cartilage shots every 4 months. My left knee particularly hurts. The cartilage usually helps after 3 shots. every other week. I have arthritis in my knees. I will wait to exercise on treadmill till after the shots. I will try to tone instead with the body gym. I go see the eye doctor May 19. I am not going to WW till June. I went in May. I have to feel better with my knees. dBut I am eating purple with 16 points 1 point stevia 15 points 1/2 cup of raisins. I am having 16 ounces of tuna in water. Half a can at a time. I am eating 4 cups of blueberries that I buy frozen and thaw each night for the next day. I eat tuna then blueberries 8 times a day. And I eat 1/2 cup of raisins each morning. I use 3 stevia in the raw packets on each 1/2 cup of blueberries because they are not sweetened. I will buy with russ tuna fish. I got a refund card from Spectrum. It uses a pin so I hope I can use it. That will help me this month. I will be able to eat well now. I enjoy the blueberries so much. Scott will deposit another check I got for me. That will help. I am so happy with what I am eating. I just hope I can lose without walking on treadmill.

Amy, sorry about your knees! But am glad you enjoy the eating plan you're on. And soon it'll really be blueberry season!
So far I've walked 4 miles on the TM. I'm going to try for two more and then lift weights. I've gotten lazy about lifting weights, I could be doing a lot better. But glad about the walking, just gotten be more consistent about doing at least a mile each day.
