It’s May, the month of getting warmer weather . Let's play and exercise outside more! And keep on eating healthy too! WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too! Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. This challenge runs the month of May. I am starting today, I am having 20ounces of tuna in water. I am having broccoli and salad an d wishbone nonfat salad dressing 2 tablespoons. I ordered mixed romaine salad from Whole Foods. And Scott is buying me one too.

I had 3 tablespoons wishbone nonfat dressing. I had a cooked cup of broccoli. And I am having 20 ounces of tuan fish in water.
