This is what I needed to read as I start to renter the world. This reentry does not have to include weight gain.
Today I am going to the Portland Art Museum with friends and we are having lunch outside at a restaurant afterwards.
I have looked at the menu and logged a chickpea crepe with spring vegetables and tahini sauce. I backed in oatmeal for breakfast and grilled fish for dinner. If I stay in my lane food wise I can achieve my weight goal. But it means consistent efforts.
