Thanks for all the congrats it felt good. I’m gonna take planks off my challenges my lower back is really been bothering me. I’m meeting my step goal every day, getting my waters in and planning dinner so far so good.
Kelly, you are doing great with your miles. Yay on a good eating weekend.

Good morning. I did the best I could yesterday running to work on the rental. I grabbed a peanut butter sandwich which threw my calories off but today should be much better. Hopefully the scale will slip down a little more tomorrow.
Brenda: Do things in 3's? Ugghh... need vs want. My needs are what I would like to avoid but have to do anyway. I would LOVE to reframe my mind to make my walks a want rather than a need. In my beautiful area it should be easy but it is more of a chore. I WANT to play on my computer but know I have to get up off of my rear end to stay healthy. Ok, share the new kind of ice cream. Oh my goodness, Garden in the Woods looks beautiful. How wonderful to walk with a friend.
Kelly: Great for you with the water AND the walking. You and I have the same goal. (I actually want to hit 119, just because it's under 120) I'm 5'4", how about you?

Stayed Op yesterday with eating the meals prepped. Added 2 miles. Drank my water.

Hello, We had a great time walked 2miles up & down & all around. Took us about an hour checking out all the plants & the pond with lots of frogs & turtles, then we stopped for lunch. My back was killing me so the rest of the day was low key. Today I worked on sanding down my deck tables that I will be painting yellow. Happy Wednesday

Good morning. I got up early to go and start the Thursday video at WATP this morning. I set a goal to walk 5,000 steps daily. I am drinking more water. I got the WW water bottle and it really keeps water COLD. I find I can drink more from it. I have to make this doable ( you know-STAR ) Still thinking about other goals. I find as I get older I don't feel like pushing myself. I will be 75 on June 3. I will exercise more. You all are doing so well. Kelly you are awesome. Nancy, I like the idea of need over want. It will help me. Your walk sounds beautiful. I love ice cream too. I buy dixie cups for control. Class starts at 7:30 so I must go.

I’m still doing good with my challenge for this week. Scale is kind of staying around the same but I’m not taking that as bad. My sister is on the purple plan and when she was visiting she shared a couple recipes with me. She finds a lot of them on Pinterest. Two of them I tried and really like is grace bread and blueberry smash. Both are zero points on purple.

I did splurge last night with a meal out but the rest of the meals were OP. I added 4 miles in 3 separate walks.
Brenda: That's nice that sister is doing the same plan and is sharing recipes. Good job sticking to your Challenges.

Kelly, thank you for the kind words and encouragement. So far I have done well with my challenge. Mon 6843 steps, Tues3708 only, Wed 5734, Thurs 10,114 Yea!!, today so far4927 with WATP 4 miles exercise so far this week 240 minutes exercise plus some other walking water and other beverages are doing better too Kelly, amazing that you are still losing. You are doing so well Brenda, good for you with the challenge. I need to go now. I am picking up a friend to go to Panera for a skinny latte
