No snacking after dinner. Drink 64 ozs of water daily
Nancy
Drink 64oz of water a day! Walk every day for 30min!! Take time to connect!!!

5 bottles of water daily 6,000 steps daily Plan dinners for all week
CONNIE

Good morning. You ladies have some big goals ! sunrose49 Great Loss ! Surprised I'm up there. I can guarantee I'm going to miss that end of the month in the 130's but I can at least be set to get there in June. I had a nice weekend. Eating was not too bad for a change.. I added 7 miles Fri-Sunday.
Challenge:
70 oz of water Exercise at least 30 minutes everyday. Meal prep

Good morning. It seems every time I begin walking again my body reacts by holding on to every ounce. We'll see what happens tomorrow. Today I'm on another rental so I don't know if I'll get the walking in or not. I will truly try.
Sunrose: Hope you got your planks in. I have great goals but I was a little short yesterday.
Kelly: You always do so well with your goals and successes. What is your ultimate weight goal?

Hello, I like everyone's goals - good luck. Remember ww likes to do things in 3's!! Got to my meeting, it's early moved from 8:30 to 7:30 I'm up but found getting out of the house tough - I'll do better planning next week. The meeting was great talking about need over want. The need being in the moment do I need this? or want is it something I want that I can plan for. Something else to think about. Happy Monday

Good Morning!
I had a very good day yesterday. Drank 80 0z of water. Took 2 walks = 3 miles. Ate food that was prepped on Sunday.
Connie: I would like to get to 120. I am already Lifetime as I set my WW goal for the High end of my healthy weight. I figured that weight would be easier to maintain later in life. Make sure you are eating enough to compensate for the exercise.
Nancy: I like the thought of need over want.

Hello, I had a good day, except for the ice cream. I never crave ice cream but brought a new kind that kept calling my name!! Now I don't have to worry as I finished what was left of it. I won't be buying that again too soon. Walked 3omin, 64oz water & tracked every bite & scrolled through connect for a few minutes. Today I'm off to spend time with my GF we are taking a walk at the Garden in the Woods. Then who knows where the day will take us. Happy Tuesday
