Up again but OP so...it is what it is. I do wonder if the Beta Blocker I am taking is impacting the speed of loss...not going to worry about it but will embrace the weight I have achieved and enjoy it!

WI today was 145.2. I will weigh again Wednesday and make that my weekly WI like before.
On plan so far Everything is tracked.

Switched the I Track Bites app to Conquer Cravings this morning. Will see if it makes any difference.

5/19- I've been over points each night, but I have tracking on ITB.
Today I did my Wednesday WI 143.6 I like doing WI in the middle of the week because Monday's often show salt/alcohol bloat from the weekend.
