Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Sat -5 servings fruits&veggie

Good morning. I had to fast last night for my thyroid/cholesterol test this morning. After that, Kristen and I will probably go to Panera for a bagel and coffee. Amy, thanks for getting us going.

iz just finished 30 minutes on treadmill for one mile at 2.1. Later a mile of WATP.

I have been doing just awful with my weight. Improving on exercise though so I think the rest will follow.
Deb, I will talk to Jim about the walk after we go to Niagara Falls. There is no problem for me if you race with your daughter.

Mo I just keep hanging around the same 3 up/3 down. Ugh. I love bagels and coffee!! Mo thanks I'm trying to be positive, but that too is a work in progress...lol
Debbie how are you doing? How did your Easter dinner turn out?
I feel tired today so not sure what I will do for exercise.

i lost 3.6lb at WW today. I weigh 183.4
