Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Happy Easter Mo Brenda and Deb. It is hard to have pneumonia but helps lose weight. I ate the last couple of days. i lost 3.6lbs. Now if I can lose 1 lb a week by the first week of November I can be 155. I told my meeting that eat 36 points. I just can't eat less. I am also eating 3 1/2 cups of pumpkin so that I meet the fruit/veggie challenge ll the time. 1/2 cup is s portion.

I did the 30 minutes on treadmill at 2.1mph for 1 mile. I;ll do the 1 mile WATP later.Of course that is just part of the 10k I get a day.

Amy thanks for the start. WTG with the loss (sorry you had to be sick to get it). You always do so good on the Simply Filling! Thanks for the Happy Easter. I apologize I did not say Happy Passover to you.

Brenda I can't duo simply filling cause 6 tablespoons of peanut butter but all fits into36 which I have been doing aND LOsE ON THAT. I feel ao good doing 2 segmentsontreadmill for 60 minutes and 2.1 mph

1 tablespoon of peanut butter now. peas pumpkin smoothies vegetarian tuna is too expensive.
