π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. ππ±π Tracking every BLT on ITB βοΈ βοΈ Balanced diet - GHG's βοΈ π§ββοΈπββοΈποΈββοΈMovement - stretching, cardio, strength βno walking today or yesterday 163.2 this morning (2nd day in a row...and the current low seen yesterday and seen the first time June 2)
Not sure if/when the scale will drop again but...it is dropping. So has my blood pressure SO need to see if the cardiologist I saw several years ago in Beirut is still alive and set up an appointment either online or in person...I guess?

Nice Cathy! So many other benefits are showing themselves with your weight loss! Yesterday was a good eating day but got nowhere near as many things done as I'd hoped. Fell short on my steps too. Slept well. Did not meditate but was at a Mass before our 8th graders graduated so it's sort of similar.
