Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Brenda I got 30 points now lots of vegetables Next Tuesday I will add an apple. I will have 1400 calories with apple added. Vegetarian lowers the points. right now 1300 calories. Same calories as 36 but 30 points

Hello! Thanks for starting us Amy!
I'm having all sorts of technical problems! My cell phone isn't working, it very abruptly decided to not hold it's charge, arg! Meanwhile my company laptop performance is slowly down so much it's hard to get anything done! Arg again!
My sprained left ankle is improving but not enough for me to walk or do spinning class, grumble. But, the forced resting seems to be helping my right foot. I'm walking barefoot relatively comfortably especially if I strap on an arch support. That's a big change for me and really encouraging since I'm going to the beach the first week of June and really, really wanted to be able to go for walks, barefoot on the beach! So in spite of my excessive whining here, I'm overall happy! Now to just get at least 30 pounds off!
My weight has been creeping up since the ankle sprain combined with Easter festivities -lots of eating! But I'm back on track and at least I can go to the gym for weight lifting and the rowing machine. I also can do the stationery bike (boring!) and I'm going to see if the elliptical is okay on my ankle. My gazelle at home is okay on my ankle so I have hopes for the elliptical machine! With Easter out of the way I have no excuse for keeping on track with my eating from now until the beach!

Trying to catch up on posts! I had a pleasant but very busy Easter weekend! House full of guests/family. All 3 kids plus the spouse and girlfriend. It was really enjoyable and weather awesome!
I hop everyone here that celebrates Easter had a good one!
Mo, would love to have you guys if it works out for you!
Amy, sorry, just now reading about the weight loss due to pneumonia. So um don't go getting pneumonia to lose weight if you can help it, yikes!
