Sunday 53 minutes walking the route, parking on the outside edge at the grocery and Hallmark store to get in more steps and by my desk. What ever it takes. Thank you Becky for faithfully keeping us all moving. Let's keep moving Friends!

Sunday 90 minutes walking in the house, on an outside recumbent bike that no longer has resistance and working in the garden. Toe still hurts so I'm taking it fairly easy.

Sunday.....30 min. FF Monday.....35 min. walking in the supermarket plus stair climbing
We had lunch in Panera today....a half sandwich and a strawberry lemonade drink. DH ate my 2nd sandwich half plus he got a big fruit/chicken salad for dinner tonight.

Monday 67 minutes walking the route, by my desk and again the outside edges of Albertsons. Then I parked far from the attorney's office and walked there and back.Finding steps where ever I can. Let's keep moving Friends!

Monday 71 minutes getting steps inside and outside and working in the garden. 2 days Thanks carole. I hope it feels better soon too. It's a real pain literally.

Tuesday 72 minutes walking the route, by my desk and getting more things packed and ready to go. Selling homes is not for the faint of heart. My next home will be the last one, for sure. At least no more HOA's times 2 on our current home and 1 on our rental condo. DONE with them forever. Now I'm fomosjhe venting. Let's keep moving friends.

Venting is good, Sally. I’d be doing the same.
Wednesday..... 50 min. In lower level cleaning DH’s mess. OMG is all I can say. Just took a muscle relaxer from dealing with it.
Becky, I love that you have a garden! What do you grow?

Thank you all for your replies. It's a different world from a time long, long ago. I'm just thankful after I spend the time to look up a phone number or address I write it down so I have it...just in case someone else needs it. And shizham, someone always does.
