Good morning! Thanks for starting us Amy! Amy, how is your leg doing? Well, I decided to project what my WW WIs (which is what I use here) for the last two Saturdays by taking my home WIs and adding 3 pounds. Over the course of about 10 days of being sick with a high fever and body aches, I lost 6 pounds. Yay? There are definitely better ways to lose weight. But hopefully my belly shrank a little and I'm learning to eat smaller servings and stop when satisfied. Today when Susan wakes up I'm hoping to try walking a little outside with my SuSu at the canal park. I haven't been outdoors for a walk in nearly two weeks!

U shopeedtoday got Yukon potatoes and some cherries. I weighed myself 208.2 I start today. I am eating gold potatoes because potatoes are good for losing weight. I go back Thursday with Russ and Scott and then I will shop with Vanessa Monday starting next Monday and Russ Thursday. Scott comes along on both trips. I take Tylenol 1000 3 times a day. I seem to do well with that. it hurts sometimes. the occupational therapist cam and is ordering me a commode love my toilet and a something to enable me to put on socks and something to reach for objects sitting down. I go back July 27 to the orthopedist for another X-ray. She will tell me when it is time to start the recumbent bike. Then finally the treadmill. I got a call from my doctors nurse to get cartilage injections in my right knee for the arthritis. But I can't gt it in my left knee where the tibia is broken/ They will call me from clinic. The physical therapist comes soon today.
