Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

I go see Dr Greene my psych dr today. I am going to ask her for a note to get my SSDI on my own. I got a pie chart with my budget.

The challenge I do with fitbit runs Monday-Friday. I get my steps in then, but weekends I slow down. I am sore today from yesterday's workout.

hi Brenda. Somehow I am coughing more and its making me tired.I substituted yogurt and powdered milk in oatmeal for the smoothies. Oatmeal is my only grain.

I just added 2 slices if healthy life bread for 2 grains. oat meal and whole wheat bread.

Amy, sorry you're feeling worse today. Be gentle with yourself, it takes time to fully recover from pneumonia. Rest can only help!
Hi Brenda! Hope your soreness passes soon! I sprained/injured my Monday of last week while doing some very whimpy lawn work. I just stepped in a hole or depression and gave my ankle a mild twist. So I'm amazed it's still bothering me! I did go to the chiroprator today and she adjusted my feet as well as the usual adjustments and it seems to have helped. Perhaps the ankle isn't sprained but I don't know why it hurts.
