Woohoo, it's summertime! Here comes the sun! This summer how about joining in for our Summer Minds 3 month challenge? For the next 3 months, we're going to concentrate on clean and mindful eating. With the abundance of fresh, delicious produce and convenience of grilling outside, what a great time to work on clean eating. Of course, summer also brings a lot of tasty treats but there's nothing wrong with an occasional treat, that's where the mindfulness comes in. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. let's enjoy our healthiest summer yet!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs June 1 through September 1, 2021.

GOOD MORNING. I am asking DVR to start paying in Spring. the school forgot about aw -ayment I made in jUNE. I have asked the bank to send 2 copies the checks. Then with the other money I sent I would owe 4 dollars. I am eating 6 high fiber oatmeal packets a day. and 6 red delicious and 2 cups of cherries. The 6 packets are 31 points. They are 900 calories. The apples and cherries wh8ile they last., I have enough for Just I just want the school to send back what I don't owe in fall.

Amy, sounds yummy and healthy!
After WW I swung by the grocery store and also picked up some cherries. And now the peaches are coming, yum! So far just shopping and WW this morning. I'm going to chill a bit with a book and breakfast (delayed due to WW!) and then eventually get some walking in. I'll go the extra mile by lifting weights too!
