Good Morning, Angels:
Spring is really springing! After a few sunny warm days, everything is showing signs of life. I. Love. It.
Renewing ourselves just as mother earth does! With that in mind, I'm going to rejoin WW-online this morning and get myself back on track. (I should probably be admitted somewhere for serious sugar/carb detox.) Rejoining is going to feel good and I'm looking forward to finding my way back on track. When I weighed myself this morning, I was really surprised to find I had not gained 5-10 pounds as I feared I might have. Only 0.5 pounds. I am shocked. But I'm glad I don't have to make up for some mindless eating. Bring on the fruits and veggies!
Daily Affirmation: My body fluff is melting. Fitness Goal: One baby step at a time. Health Goal: Care for my body, mind, and spirit like I care for my garden plants: water, nourishment, TLC, and kind words of encouragement. Gratitude: For very supportive MBS angels.

Good morning! Thank you for starting us up so bright and early, Suzanne. And bravo to you on rejoining online WW. We're here to support you all the way. I had a decent day of activity and the walk refreshed my mind and spirit. Unfortunately I awoke kind of gripped in fear over my upcoming surgery. My second opinion is May 1 and last night, I tossed and turned a bit too much. Fortunately, my new journal came to the rescue. Knowing that going through the day in a fit of anxiety was going to benefit nobody, I went out in the LR, right to the journal and acknowledged the fear, wrote a few things to pick me up, and set a game plan for today to take frequent deep breathing and calming meditative breaks. Onward! (I wonder where Michelle has been?) Daily Affirmation - I am strong and centered. Fitness Report - pi/yo PT, lunch walk and Margaret Richard for triceps, deltoids and rotator cuffs, abs and inner thighs. She uses a playground ball between the feet and abs exercises that slew my lower ab area! Health Goal - walk, absorb nature's healing benefits, breath deep. Gratitude - my new journal, my friend. β₯

Suzanne - welcome back to WW, LOL. I like that you call it body fluff...I have a lot of "muffin top" lately, which is how I know I have to get back on track. These pants used to fit without my spilling over the top....
Pat - your workout routines sound very thorough...thanks for mentioning the rotator cuffs. I know I need more (gentle) work on these, we used rubber bands to work them the other day and I found my L is very weak! Not even painful but weak, unable to fully extend on that side! It was a surprise to me. I am loving my fitness classes with different instructors, as they are working different muscles than I was getting at with the machines on my own. The old joke about finding muscles I didn't know I had? It's true!
Daily Affirmation - I find light and love all around Fitness report - low impact cardio class and a mile on the TM (figured I wouldn't get outside today due to time and rain) Health Goal - moderation! enough is enough! Gratitude - kind, caring friends
