Good morning friends. Slept well and grateful. Woke up to a glorious temperature of 52! It would be wonderful if it lasted LOL.

Good Morning, WW Friends ~
Happy Saturday! We also woke to cooler temps which made for a great night's sleep with the open window. We stayed up late (almost 11:30) watching "From The Terrace" with Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward last night. I had seen it many years ago, and DH had never seen it. It was quite a treat, though we both had trouble keeping our eyes open.
Ann ~ I am so happy for your cool-down! I plan to get out to walk this morning, because yesterday I put it off until after I started working around here, and then my back was really hurting, so I skipped it altogether (and that is not good). However, I did get to finish the book I was reading and look for a new one to start today.
Judy ~ Wishing you safe travels and enjoy that new baby! I know the new outfits will be a welcome gift. You're doing great with the real estate paperwork; there is nothing wrong with asking for help.
We had a great supper last night of grilled strip steaks, baby potatoes and a big tossed salad. DH outdid himself with the salad and we had a serving left over. I had some of my steak leftover, so I put it in plasticware with the salad, and that will be my lunch today. We had Thomas' bagel thins with bacon and fresh fruit for breakfast.
I already planned supper for tonight. I had a couple of Black Angus burgers (already grilled) in the freezer. They are too many calories (and SP) for me. If I LOVED them it would be different, but that's not the case. DH, however, does love them, so I grilled two turkey burger patties last night while I was grilling steaks, so the nights he has beef burger I will have turkey burger. Tonight will be one of those. I am going to make a Mango salad today to have with it.
Ok, off to walk, then I'll come back and put the house in order. BBL. Make a great day!!

Sue sorry your back was bothering you. I don't blame you for not walking. Hurray for finishing your book. I am still in the process of reading mine. I shall work on that today. You are wise to not spend points on foods that just aren't point worthy to you. I do the same. I do love the Angus beef burgers and when I have them I enjoy each and every bite. Your meals sound great. This morning I had oatmeal with a peach and blueberries with cinnamon on top. It was delicious. I had one peace that I needed to use up Now I can dig into the bag that we just bought. I wanted to get bananas but they were not eye appealing so I walked away. Got some melons and cherries so all is well in the fruit department. For some reason I couldn't find my petite baby carrots so I got a small bag of regular carrots and chopped them up to use with my hummus. That will work for me. Lunch was my cup of veggie bean soup and a bowl of watermelon. For supper Carl is smoking a whole chicken. I will do zucchini and broccoli florets and I made a pasta salad. I will do the veggies in the air fryer or may just put them on the grille....haven't decided yet I took a wonderful walk earlier. This weather is just perfect. At least July is ending on a 'happy weather note' LOL. I remember that movie. A few years ago Carl and I watched it and it was such a treat. Happy you enjoyed it as well. After I take Benjamin out I plan on reading. Tootles and will pop in later.
