Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Good morning. I have a DRs appt today. She will not like my weight but then neither do I . Hopefully we will both like my thyroid test results and cholesterol too. I hope everyone is doing well.

TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY. My Psych doctor told me she is willing to end the payeeship. Maybe by June I can get direct deposit.i go May 1 to Social Security. i have an appointment. i do not know if they can gt it done quickly so i can get it in June. I get it the third of each month so May 1 would be too late for May 3 to stop it. What a birthday gift. But as long as I have my Credit Union information and the letter from the doc i do not need anything else. i have come a long way from when I spent so much I did not have money for food .I have my 2 grains now. Oatmeal and 2 slices of healthy life. which is one slice.whole wheat. I hope I can do some formal exercise treadmill or WATPs. tp

And thanks for starting us! I hope all goes well for you so you can get things done quickly -that's be a nice birthday gift. And I hope you are feeling better today and can get some exercise!
Mo, good luck at the dr appt! And if you didn't see my post on Sunday just know that you and you DH are welcome to come and stay with me for the women's 5K in August!
My ankle is still sore so will go to gym but just for weight lifting, maybe exercise bike and/or rowing machine. I'm so frustrated! Just when I beginning to walk regularly, I had to go and hurt my ankle. I can't believe it's still bothering, I really didn't think I did anything more than a slight twist.

i ordered a recumbent stationary bike . I did 60 minutes in 2 segments on treadmill today,
