Winter is here!! We have 10 days to January,2017. Two weeks is enough time to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by New Years day. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from September 2 to New Year's Day.

Hi Brenda. I got home from ww and maintained at 197.8. I reset my goal ti 155. That iw 43 pounds lower. I am getting next yearns free coupons toWW. I will pay for tools 14.95 a month. Thus I can attend meetings free. Sets of 13 at a time. That is why I joined the Medicare Medicaid HMO. i will restart exercise December 27.
