Cloudy and humid out so we turned the a/c back on. Been doing housework and will do paperwork this afternoon. My in-person WW meeting is later today.

They are predicting the low 90's but a possible heat index over 100. Right now it is only in the high 70's. Easy day today getting some housework done.

Hot and humid today. I was out to go to and from a diner and it is rough out there. Glad we have central air. Had a nice time having breakfast with my friend. Last time for a while because of the surge of COVID cases. We go to the diner at 10:30 so it is not crowded when we get there and we leave when it starts to fill up for lunch.

Hot and humid here with heat index over 100. Got out to do the grocery shopping. Wore an N95 mask since we are having a surge in COVID cases.

Hot and humid today again. Heat index over 100. Inside in a/c staying cool. The cats were out on the porch for a while but are all inside sleeping in the a/c. I left a bag of cat food out overnight that the cats could get to. When Harold got up this morning he found it on the floor with a hole in and the two male cats standing over it. Put the food in plastic zip lock bags and threw the original bag out.

Forgot to post that today is the start of the professional soccer season in England and Germany. My husband is happy. So now we have US, English, and German games to watch, plus the World Cup qualifiers are coming up.

Up to 87 and is hot out. The cat keeps wanting me to go out on the porch to attend him but I don't want to be in the heat. Do plan on doing some grocery shopping after lunch, other than that I'm doing things around the house.
