Drizzly rain here with chance of thunderstorms! eek! Trying to decide if I'm brave enough to head out. Definitely not brave enough yet to go back to WW and weigh-in. Still have one more week in April to try to get sick bay pounds off before I have to pay! Where's there a will...
edited to add... if any of you have been watching April the Giraffe---today is the last day of the cam, it comes down at 4:30 EDT She was my sole companion during my hours of migraine hell!

Happy Friday! I pretty much shopped till I dropped yesterday! It's so much fun to go to the Vera Bradley Outlet Sale! I got a lot of Christmas shopping done! LOL Oh, and a few things for myself! All the prices are 40-60% off retail. I still need to add up the actual retail price of everything I bought (I spent $346, but I had a $25 off coupon!) And will the thousands of woman (and a few men) in that space, everyone was nice and polite. No pushing and shoving or nastiness! I spent about 2 hours there! LOL On another note! At our faculty meeting Wednesday, I was presented with a Bravo Award! I was nominated by my boss and the Department Head. It's for outstanding work. I was SHOCKED and surprised! It was so nice! Oh, and there is some cash that comes with it (it will be in my next paycheck, so Uncle Sam gets his share!) Two of my co-workers also got one. It's so nice to know the work you do is appreciated! Hi Pat! I am facing the music today and going to WI. Next week I have several social events and one the night before my Friday weigh in. I am below goal but just can't ignore a pound here and a pound there cause that is how I fall down. DH is out of town, he is a bad influence, so this weekend will be good!
Picking up the grands for lunch, then going to Boss Baby at the movies, oh yay but the kids we'll be happy.

neen, I'm not surprised that you got the award! You rock! I used to have lots of Vera Bradley now have lots of 31, because my daughter sells it!

I have 2 major food events – Charity Ball tomorrow night and a trade food show on Tuesday. I will plan around them as best I can but both are worthy indulgences.

Good morning all. neen congrats on the award! It's cold and rainy here but I'm planning to go to the gym and get a manicure today. Tomorrow I'm going to a casino for my niece's 30th birthday - party bus, casino with lunch, then back to their house for pizza and cake. So I'll be careful today! Hope everyone has a good day. |

After yesterday at The Plantation (got home 10 PM) I am here at the MousekeHouse trying not to doze off at the work'Puter.
My colleague was diagnosed with norovirus. She's at home and earliest back-to-work will be Monday. Reminds me how lucky I am to work from a homeOffice...
Back to mainlining black ☕☕☕☕☕☕☕...

Neen- congrats on the award. you deserve it!
All of my walk T-shirts arrived today, so we've been spending the day sorting and delivering them.
Somehow I'm 18 over. better than being short I guess. I'll just wait and see who says they don't have a shirt. I can always sell them the day of the walk.
Tomorrow is Spricket's birthday. She is turning 7. Hard to believe. I need to remember to run to target to look for a present, preferably Lego's right after work. We have a 5 hour trip up north to see them.
My DB (her daddy) turns 40 on Monday. I can't believe it.
