Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Thurs -at least a serving of whole grains
Fri -self appreciation
Sat -5 servings fruits&veggie

Sorry for being MIA. If I don't get on the computer in the morning, I usually don't get on at all.

Debbie, sorry the ankle is sore. Hope it is better today.
Mo, how did the doctor appointment go?
I have been so good about my steps and other exercise. Now if I would just shut my mouth at night!

i had a great birthday dinner yesterday with Russ family. My bike is coming Wednesday. It has to be put together I am sure. A mover is charging 136 for 15 minutes to take the couch to the curb Thursday. Friday ia big itms pic cup. Then I have a twin frame that has to be put together. A box spring coming today that has to be put together. the couch was used as a sleeper. with the bike coming I need the couch out and the twin bed against the wall allowing room for the bike. I t is a twin bed cause I sleep in living room. I hoe the cleaner or organizer can put the frame and box spring together, I go to WW not weighing in today cause I had a pizza on birthday and last night a wonderful birthday dinner and angel food cake with whipped cream and strawberries and blueberries on it.
