Good Morning, Dear Ones: Say a prayer for the Earth today. 🌎
Carol: my 'lizard brain' is active! Ick. That image, alone, should keep me from eating anything. LOL. I find the first 3 days of a "diet reset" to be the hardest. Those 3 days are now behind me. I have to retrain myself to reach for fruit, not carbs. Or water. Or tea. Or veggies. I noted yesterday that I didn't drink a lot of water. I don't know how or why that happened. I'm a big water-drinker.
Daily Affirmation: I cherish everything Mother Earth offers me and vow to return the favor. 🌎 Fitness report: To refresh my program this week with my dance classes. I LOVE TO DANCE! 🌍 Health Goal: Keep on program. Reach for fruit, veggies, and water when the need strikes. 🌏 Gratitude: For knowing enough to be thankful for and value what Mother Earth offers us.

One of my favorite openings for prayer is: Bless the Earth through the actions of my life. I'm feeling that today.
