The video that's been all over TV and internet of the basement collapsing in Cranford NJ (with the young man screaming "Mom!" "MOM!!!") is the household of two of our Young Marines.
The family's safe, and currently housed in a nearby town.
They've got a Meal Train on FB and I'd like to contribute.
I'm thinking pulled pork, and bring fresh rolls.
But I need a simple recipe, please and thank you, maybe not too spicy (although Mom says there are no food allergies and they are not picky eaters).

It's nice they have a community to help them out The simplest way is to get a pork butt roast, boneless is easier, cut it into big chunks and stab it all over, put some garlic cloves in the slits, salt and pepper (rub it in well) and toss it all in a crockpot, don't add liquid, for about 8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high. My experience is the low heat turns out better.

I use Salsa mixed with a little mustard - poured over pork tenderloins in slow cooker. Shred after and delish!
