Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Good morning! I had a nice loss last week, now to keep the momentum going! I finally got around to posting all my WIs for the past couple weeks!
Amy, I'm glad someone treated you to a birthday dinner! Hope you've got you're energy back and can exercise again!
Hi Brenda! I hear ya on evening chowing down! That's my weakness too!
I finally found (well, Susan found) my walking boot. I hate it but I put it on my left foot this time and it does allow me to walk (hobble) without ankle pain. So hopefully my ankle will start improving!

Good morning Deb.I feel good todayfb but I want my fitbit to charge. I am having 5 regular meals now. My downfall was the pizza not the meal Friday. But good day yesterday WI 187 now again. But morning scale shows going down again. Today we gather in another city in the count ,n my congressman's district for a county democratic party convention. We will hear our congressman speak and others. Poses a challenge of time without food. Lee at 1130. Going to eat 3 m3als before we leave at 1130am. I just had oatmeal. I have 2 oatmeals a day for grains. I think. I use 1/4 cup powdered milk in each portion. I get a lot for 36 points. 1365 calories is a good amount to live on.i feel good, Just want my fitbit to charge before I walk on treadmill.

Fitness goals this week: -lift weights arms&legs 3x each this week -30-75 minutes something cardio (rowing machine, stationery bike, gazelle or combo)
Brenda, SuSu is trying to get a full time position at Golds gym but in the meantime she finally got a part-time job working at Panera Bread. Enjoy your walks maybe hit the towpath and do a few miles for me!
Amy, glad you're feeling better! I didn't know county's had their own Democratic conventions! I wish ours did!

its really the congressional t so more counties in his district but our county is biggest. Really same idea. Our convention is in my county. I just walked down to the expensive grocery store and bought frozen sliced peaches I like the no sugar added zero points I will have 2 cups a day. i am going to take 2/3 cup with me and some tunafish and cooked but cold peas.That will be my 3rd meal.That ups my calories to 1522 and 36 points, kits of vegetables and fruit now,

I get lottos vitamin C with the peaches. I do nutlike buying other than frozen vegetables and fruit or pumpkin cannedcauseof spoilage.

Amy, peaches are 1 of my 2 favorite fruits, the other being cherries. They'll be coming in soon in a couple months -another reason to love summer, lol! I buy bulk packages of peaches when in season, I never have to worry about them going bad :-)
