FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs September 1 through Thanksgiving, 2021.

Thur- at least 6 servings water
Fri- self appreciation date
Sat- go the extra mile!
Sun- journal it

As you can see I am almost 6 pounds up but you know what? I am thinking of it as 7 pounds to get under 220 so off we go.

thanks Mo for starting us.I had rot cancel the ride to WW Studio today because I had to call my case manager at the CSP to pick up from my written communication class starting Monday. The class is at the Southerner's campus which is near the building where we will be for the appointment. I asked DVR to pay for the class. I have some money my case manager will give me that I gave her in the past to pay for the class by September 30 I also asked my trust to send Money to the account where I can pay for things that won't affect my rent. IF I pay and she pays then I can pay myself back. kI am updating my Journalism degree from the 80s. Written communication is a prerequisite to both courses that are required that are only in the spring semester. In summer 2022 there is only 1 class that I can get but it is required social media writing. Then in fall 2022 I have a practicum at the newspaper for 1 credit. In spring 2023 second practicum with newspaper and I graduate either may 2023 or December 2023.

The Judge overuse the MCO and I am getting vegetarian meals on wheels 5 days a week

I am very happy . I got off caffeinated diet cola. I am bringing crystal light lemonade I am getting 2 more pitchers so I can make 8 2 part pitchers a day. The lemonade crystal light is low in points. I am eating 1 high fiber oatmeal. I can of black beans 2 sweet potatoes 32 ounces vegetable broth and 5 cups of what was frozen broccoli cooked in the broth with the beans and potatoes. 31 points green, Somehow green is making those points less today. I think I will try to go to WW before October,. That may be next Saturday. I want to go each week but had to call my case mangers office today the main number. to tell her too pick me up at the matc Goodman campus Monday to go with her to the office and meet my new Psychiatrist. I want a Gateway person to shop with me once a week so that my caretakers cantata care of the apartment bring the week. On October 7 I get injections into my knees so I can build cartilage. it is a serene of 3 shots.

I will see if Wednesday I can buy 7 bags of frozen blueberries too. And and some thawed 2 cups of blueberries.
