Today is the day we take credit for what we did this week, and give gratitude.

This week I take credit for getting to an in-person WW meeting, tracking, weighing and measuring, keeping the right food in the house, keeping up with my online support groups, exercising, and meditating. Grateful that my husband and I are still healthy.

Credit: Stayed OP even when the scale didn't move - and it finally moved!
Gratitude: having extra money on my phone to use G3 and the phone when we don't have services from the govt.

Today is the day we take credit for what we did this week, and give gratitude.
Credit: * Pre journal every night before bed. * Earn a blue dot everyday on WW app. * Earn badges on WW app. I'm earning my fifth badge on WW app. * Read and posted daily on three online groups. * Joined at least one, many days more, of virtual workshops daily. * Did not bring any trigger foods in house. * Ate mostly whole foods keeping the food groups included in daily meals. * Striving to get 7 hours sleep a night, weigh everyday, drink at least 5 cups water a day and get some exercise in everyday.
Gratitude: * So thankful for my kids who give me so much help. * Keeping in touch with friends, neighbors and former students. * My house and sitting on my back porch when warm. * Beautiful sunsets, weddings and people watching at two of our beaches!
