FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!

Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

good morning. I am starting today over with whole wheat spaghetti and pasta sauce non fat with no added sugar. I a drinking crystal light lemonade. too. And 2 cups of frozen blueberries thawed. I am doing Purple.
I will eat half of the past when I get MOW. which should be Monday next week.

I've been such a slug lately. But yesterday and today I'm doing a lot better. I walked with Jeremy (my eldest son) at the park yesterday for about 70 minutes and then so far today have completed 4 miles on the TM.
