I'm not too high on energy right now. I pace myself and don't start projects unless they are broken down into steps.

Mine is in a good place right now. I tend to sloth interspersed with periods of frantic activity. I feel I am more balanced now.

How are you doing on energy? * I have very low energy right now because my chronic migraine is really bad and low energy is part of the migraine. I have food related migraine which is the reason I try to stay on a whole food diet.

Lately my energy level has been unusually high. I believe that it’s because I deliberately changed my sleep habits . It’s made a world of difference.

Mine’s pretty good unless I don’t get enough sleep. My goal this Fall is to get on a good sleep schedule and really try and reduce screen time.

Mine is okay, up and down. I feel like I get wiped out easily, but I'm still moving forward. As the weather cools my energy usually ramps up as Fall/Winter are my favorite seasons! luvvinlife, may I ask what your new sleep routine is? I always read in bed before going to sleep but lately it's not working as well as it can, and sometimes I have to take some melatonin to fall asleep.

surfgirl, I used to have wine with dinner and I would stay away until about 11:30 or 12 watching tv. I stopped that and I find that I’m sleepy around 10 so I aim to get in bed by 10:15 or so. I usually fall asleep within 10 minutes or less. I generally get about 7.5-8 hours of sleep. It’s made a huge difference in my energy throughout the day. Please keep us posted if you’re able to find something that works for you.
