FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

Hello! So I walked two miles on the TM but also walked a mile on the towpath, woohoo! I really need to get outdoors more! Even just one mile a day!

Hi DEB thanks for starting us I m going to wW Saturday. the total gym has 2 pieces put on it. I have it on the lowest rack. I am getting a DVD player tomorrow for the tv. Then I can play the tv.

I need a Physical therapist to come and also help me get down on the total gym and lear how to use it. I have the fit nation bike too and the fit nation treadmill. lI want the physical therapist to help me with those. I am suffering asthma lately. The it affects my sleep I get scared. I am getting 3 more pill boxes tomorrow. they are double enough for 8 days . because I need 5 boxes a day filled. I will ask my home health worker to do that. Bobby will be here Thursday.

Amy, it's nice you can have a PT come to your place and work with you on your equipment. Sorry about the asthma problems, I didn't know you suffered from that.
