Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

I ordered nutrisystem diabetic. I will have 10 or 11 off days cause it is just 20 days a month. i will supplement it with pumpkin and tunafish and peaches. and smoothies. They have nutrisystem in WW to track. I will shop tomorrow for food. Peanut butter tunafish pumpkin frozen peaches Healthy Life jello i have enough soda this time for two weeks.This time the breakfast doesn't have giant chocolate muffins. Because my tuna is 1 point peaches and pumpkin is zero i can supplement and only the smoothies have points. I am doing it for variety.But this time I have a good off day menu. Oh yea my vitamin is 1 point too.

I had a little over 8 miles on my fitbit yesterday. Today I have a dentist appointment so it will be 10k for sure, but doubt a really high number.

Amy, WTG on the TM! When does your exercise bike arrive? Are you feeling better now?
Hi Brenda! WTG on the 8 miles yesterday, wow! Hope the dentist appt is just routine. How's Maddie doing? Is she recovered from her surgeries?
Going to hit the gym today for weights and the exercise bike and/or rowing machine. My ankle is starting to feel a little better, finally! But still not ready for walking or spinning.
Thanks Brenda! I think Golds Gym would be a good fit for Susan but she's still waiting to hear about getting an interview.

i think the bike will c0ome as early as wednesday. My organizer goethe frame and box spring together and under the mattress. So the only think I need is the movers t take outage couch Thursday. I can hardly wait tillI goto see. Caire and I ordered a desk from Target smaller and better storage. she will take part the old desk and well have more room for the bike.

I bought a smaller desk that needs to be put tiger coming Friday. I have the money to pay off the charge card when it goes through. I went to social security today gave the doctors not did an application to be my own payee showed them id and checkbook for direct deposit.I am hoping I can get it in June.

Got 10k. Lucky Russ was off today to take me to social security.all is done now to wait.Possibly June but definitely July
