Stayed OP yesterday. I added 4 miles with walk outside and WATPs.
Brenda: Good luck with WW meeting. Skinny vibes for meeting your monthly weight loss goal. Hope you are having an good week.
Connie: I believe the highest I have ever weighed was 165 and that has been awhile since I have been there. The sad thing I only weighed around 130 lbs when I was pregnant of course I was 22-23 years old. The gain is definitely more than water my eating Friday- Sun was very high in fat and calories.

Good Morning!!
I added another 4 miles 2 miles WATP and 2 mile walk. Well, got some of the weight I gained off. Hope to stick to my planned meals this weekend. I have a Women's breakfast tomorrow and our big Harvest Party Sunday. Breakfast should not be a problem and the Harvest Party will just need to buckle down and not over indulge.

Hello, Today is dump day at the town dpw!! Exciting Ended up with no walk. Eating was mindless snacking & slacking in waters. So I'm up a little bit. I did plan my meals for dinner & lunch for the week and tracked everyday. Happy Saturday +.80 222.20 Saturday 10/09/21

Good morning. It's "weigh in" Saturday and my weight appears up but trust me, it's down. I need to get on that silly treadmill and walk ... there is always an excuse.
I have spent the past month preparing a rental for a new tenant and working on the plumbing (again) on another one. A third one has been a HUGE battle with the neighbors over the fence line that has been in existence for the past 30+ years which got down to court and a restraining order. Legal issues still abound left and right. Eight different battles (mostly rentals.) I am trying to spend my weekday mornings at the family history center working on genealogy. Although it looks like my families "lines" will be ending with my nephew and I, I figure there are distant cousins that can use the information and it fulfills my sense of investigation. My 86 year old SIL stayed with us for a week and I had fun taking her here and there to get her out of the house.
Brenda, Kelly and Mimi, you guys are doing great on your losses.
Nancy, Oh my goodness you are being SO amazing meeting all of your goals
Brenda, sorry you're feeling like you have too much time on your hands. I can always find SOMETHING to do, it's whether I WANT to do it or not. Right now I'm staring at some dirty curtains that need to come down and be washed. If you find how to fill up on your fruit and vegetables, let me know. I need to do the same. Great for you for the loss this week!
Kelly, I like the quote. You and I are SO in the same place. It's why you motivate me so much. I have never lost the weight I gained from when I quit smoking. The first time I tried to quit I was 98 lbs (WAY to skinny) The second time 105 (still too skinny), the third time 115 (too low), and have not been back down in 20 years. Still thinking a 10 lb gain is water and salt unless you consumed 35,000 calories from something.
Nancy, walking in the park sounds wonderful. So sorry you slipped a bit. Next week is a new week that we can get towards where we WANT to be.
Mimi and Claudette, can't wait to see how you're doing.

Claudette so sorry about your brother. So sorry about the gain. Better days are ahead for you. Connie, I am sorry about your gain also. What a headache being a landlord. I hope you win your legal battles. Brenda Nice loss. Nancy, you are doing great.
Kelly, you will get the weight off very soon. You and I were both around 165 when I started this chat. We went down together at one time but lately you had fabulous losses and I did not. I got my lifetime in 1992 at 126 pounds.
We have 2 cruises booked for next year and I really want to be under 140 when we go. I have lots of beautiful clothes which are size 12 and I would love to wear them again. I am 16-18 now. I weigh 155 but am only 5'2". My next goal is to be 153 for doctor visit in 2 weeks. I will journal and exercise. 16 pounds in 20 weeks will get me there. I know it is doable. I just need the mindset.
Last Saturday I played shuffleboard beside my friend. The next day she came down with covid. I quarantined for 5 days and am wearing a mask for 5 more days when I go out. Everyone who played and had lunch together is well. My friend is better now too. I am feeling fine. Praise God! So I missed another WW meeting on Thursday. I had signed up to go but our leader says we don't have to enroll any more now. I weigh at home with clothes on. My scales are within .2 of the ones at meeting. I did attend Zoom.
Skinny vibes to all. It is Fall now and we cn do this in cooler weather ladies!!!
