Thanks for our start, June. Today we are driving down Highway 5 to spend the night in Redding, CA. Canβt worry about PTMH but this has been a lovely trip to a beautiful area. Will try to catch up on the weekend after two long days in the car.

Thursday will be a much better day at work I hope. Even though I'll be readying some things for the auditors and several other tasks, I've managed to wade thru all the emails and paper mail that had stacked up while I was away. I also ran my checks for the week on Weds so my biggest tasks for the week are done. Will plan healthy meals and try to do better with movement. Its been a rainy week here in the SC midlands.
June, sorry you are so busy but totally understand...Thanks for taking the time to get us started.
Audrey, hoping your trip continues to go well and you make it home safely.

Good morning ladies. Slept well and grateful. Today will be another day of household chores. The list is getting smaller so there's that. Thanks for the start, June. I can't imagine how busy you are. Hope you get a chance to catch your breath today. Audrey I too leave out clothes in a back closet 'just in case' and yesterday I dug into them Wishing you safe travels. It's hard to PTMH when out of your environment. LaDonna praying that today is a better work day for you. It's hard getting movement in with rain.
Cathy happy the scale is moving downward.
I'll continue to KOKO. Wishing AWF a wonderful day.

June - Hope you can slow down a bit soon and catch your breath. Audrey - Just enjoy yourself. You can get back on track when you get home. LaDonna - The decorations sound awesome. Shame about your weather for walking Cathy - Just look where you were a year ago. That's progress Ann - Glad you slept well and are almost done with your tasks. My clothes just take up both closets. Sweaters and sweatshirts are on shelves in the master closet year round. LaDonna - I hope today is better for you. Bee - Sounded like a worth it lunch and dinner. After Jeopardy last night I caught up on the last 2 weeks of NCIS. I'll have to rewatch the last 10 minutes or so of the 2nd one because I started dozing off. Slept well, only getting up once, which I needed. Saturday I will not have time for the gym. Sunday will depend on my friends. If they want to meet before 9, no gym but otherwise I can get my class in. Lily will definitely get at least 2.5 miles both days.

Chores are one and done for today. Tomorrow the beat goes on!
Susi I'm sure Lily will love her 2.5 mile walks.
Time to unwind.

Ahhhhh...... am finally at the point in a very long two weeks whenZi can sit a moment during the daytime. Decided to spend that time with you!
Ann Love to whittle down a "to do" list. Makes ya want to shout "ta da!" Always appreciate a restful night.
Audrey Hope that you enjoyed your vacation. Am sure that you did not throw PMTH completely out the window. That said, it was a vacation, which means a break from the ordinary.
Bee Happy that Beeville is buzzing along.
Cathy Wow! How great is that-- you nudged yourself further into the 150s! You are doing well. As Susi wrote, the big picture is what truly matters. And your big picture = big success!
Mj Did you start therapy? If so, how is it going? What ever was the outcome of Russ' restrictions b/c he did not have his full vaccination?
LaDonna Yay to knocking out the check run and catching up on all the emails & etc. That's impressive! I will send you a few of our really fantastic fall afternoons. We have had some nice breaks in the weather. Very grateful that R can make his way out back & enjoy sitting outside.
Susi Very excited for you. Sounds like you have a lot of fun planned.

Bee happy that all is well in Beeville June thanks for spending time with 'us' Also happy that R is at a place where he is healing nicely without too much discomfort. That is a HUGE blessing for both of you. I had to LOL at saying the ta da. I did one better and let out the Carol Burnett Tarzan yell LOL. After we did some chores I kept having to take my glasses off to clean them. Finally Carl looked at them and told me the reason why I wasn't seeing well is because the glasses were scratched. I looked at them and finally saw what he pointed out. I found the receipt and we took a ride out to Walmart where I got them. They were still under warranty and said they would send them back to replace it. She said it was the coating that was flaking off. It happens if you leave glasses in the car during extreme heat which I never do or sometimes it will happen when having them adjusted as they put them under heat. Then she said or it could just be a fluke...in any case they will replace it free of charge. I was a VERY happy camper. They will call when they are ready. The rest of this day will be spent doing absolutely nothing. I've more than earned that privilege. Waving!
