Let's do a daily post with just ONE THING we are grateful for. With everything that is going on, sometimes it is hard to remember to focus on the good things too. It can be funny, silly, serious, whatever, no judgments here.
My husband asked me to make this "delicious" soup I made with wontons last week...
It was veggies, beef broth, sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, and chopped scallion. It wasn't a miracle food but it was tasty. So I guess we are having that for lunch today.
Also, my father in law is a chef and he invited us over for dinner. I'm on purple and have not one clue what he is making for dinner. Thank God I thought to save almost all my weeklies and the veggie soup will help with keeping my dailies low so I am prepared. But I'm grateful. One less meal we have to cook and I know it's gonna be delicious 😋 maybe it'll be prime rib. Or ribs in the smoker. 😍
