Systemizing before optimizing re exercise is slowly kicking in. I finally took two online weight classes, something I’ve been meaning to do all year. And I got my spin classes in before the weekend, so I’d be done before going out of town. Muscles feeling it.

lani. Thanks, I struggle with medicine side effects like you, I understand your pain. With the expense of medicine why can't they give us something decent that doesn't have all the side effects. I may have impacted ear wax problems as well, not sure, I go to the doctor Tuesday.
