Good morning WW friends. Slept poorly last night. Kept having weird dreams that I don't recall. I shall do what I can accomplish today and the rest will be put on the 'to do' list.
Not sure on supper as we still have prepared meals. Gotta love that especially when not feeling up to par.
Wishing all a pleasant peaceful and OP day.
I shall CBL

Good Morning, WW Friends ~
Fall has arrived! It is in the mid-40's this morning! No, that is not a typo! My computer says 48 degrees.
Ann ~ So sorry you are having to wait for your test and that it is causing you distress. I know all too well that feeling of something hanging over my head. We will all pray this time goes quickly for you.
Judy ~ It is encouraging that the builder gave you a target date, but like you I would take a wait and see stance. That would indeed be great, however!!
Pam ~ I took your idea and made Overnight Oats for breakfast this morning. This time i used oats, Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze with some FF Greek yogurt and pumpkin and pecans. YUMMY!!
We went out last evening for dinner with my VBF and her DH. We went to a place called Bad Brad's BBQ and it was delightful! She and I both had the half chicken with 2 sides. Lots of fun conversation! Then we stayed up late watching a TV show and still got up at the same time today, so I'll see how that works.
I still need to get my house in order and get dressed. So I will BBL. Make a great day!!

Even though I put the electric blanket on our bed several weeks ago, last night was the first time we have used it. We had a real warm spell when we were sleeping with the window open! But last night it was quite cool and damp (rained all day) so when we got home from dinner out, I turned down the bed and turned on the blanket. By the time we went to bed 2-3 hours later, the sheets were quite comfortable! I turned it off then and slept quite well. Ahhh ... those creature comforts!
I have started on laundry and will get it all done today, but that may be my biggest accomplishment. I washed up some light things that need to be put away for the season and also my two new tops from Kohl's. I am looking forward to wearing them and it seems the weather will be conducive this week.
We are having Cornish hens for supper tonight. We customarily have them every year on DH's AA Anniversary, but that was yesterday and we had a dinner out planned, so we'll have them tonight. It is always quite a festive meal for us as we only eat them once a year.
BBL.

Sue thank you. I try to divert my attention to 'happy things' doing a little of this and that. It's the night when it gets me the most. Carl suggested a comedy routine sit com or funny movie. That may help out. How wonderful that your weather has cooled down. Here it's supposed to drop tomorrow. It was cool this morning for our walk and now the temperature is 70's. Still nice. We are supposed to get rain later in the day. Love that you had to use your electric blanket and the sheets were all toasty warm for y'all. Enjoy your DH's AA Anniversary. Haven't had Cornish hens in a long time. I never think to buy them Happy you enjoyed your meal out with your friends. Going to sit and read. Not much left in book #3 and then I'll start the final one. Cheers
