Hello, Kelly, enjoy your vacation, sorry to hear about your sister. Claudette, great loss. WW used to have a diabetic program. So good that you are reading labels, sugar seems to be every where. I took my walk again yesterday, 32oz waters, and was mindful. Today celebrating my GD's 15th birthday. Making her her favorite soup chicken a la king & a chocolate halloween cake Happy Saturday

Good morning BL Friends. It's been a decent week with little changes. Still trying to set up a normal routine. Genealogy during the week and still fighting these legal battles. Back on the treadmill soon.
Mimi... Weigh to go on the Biggest loser last week ! (pun intended) Looks like you will be at your goal very soon. 1 lb a week is doable with focus.
Claudette... You did well also ! The only way I stopped my sugar cravings I would allow myself to have something sweet AFTER I ate an egg. (hard boiled eggs are my saving grace). The protein stopped the cravings. Looks like you're doing GREAT ! One thing at a time.
Kelly... Hope you had fun with your week off. What did you do? You are so consistent that I'm sure your body is just in a resetting mode. Hang in there. I am so sorry about your sister.
Nancy... Sounds like you had fun with the grandkids. We used to have a Busch Gardens in California. I was too young to drink but I remember the beer coming out of the wall in a fountain. Good for you with tracking, moving & grocery planning ahead. Sounds like you are doing excellent with your actions.
