This is an accountability thread where ALL plans of any kind are welcome, no matter what you are doing. Just a place to put your numbers (or whatever you are doing) out in the universe. I just know I am more likely to stay on track if I have to post my numbers so I thought it may be helpful to someone else out there too. 😉 We are now three quarters of the way through 2021! The new plan is almost here and I am really excited about the upcoming change! Woot woot *does a jig* 🤣😂 No matter what plan you are doing feel free to post your numbers here for the extra accountability. We've got this 🤗

I also tracked on My Fitness Pal and came out 39 calories over the goal for the day at 1309 calories
I now wonder if I should stick with Purple or do a week of original winning-123 points from long ago using Conquer Cravings. I have till tomorrow morning to decide as I start out with a clean slate in the morning

cathygeha shaking things up never hurts, it's not like you are switching programs weekly. Sometimes just the change itself is enough to get us back losing again. (We pay more attention and stop "guesstimating" that kind of thing.) I say go for it!

DebDoesWW, thank you for the feedback. I know I have lost on Purple this year but I think you may be right that shaking things up by doing something different might be a good idea. I used to have peanut butter on toast in the mornings and though I have overnight oats in the fridge could have pb on Tuesday morning. I'll let you know what I decide in the morning. Last time I thought of doing this it didn't happen because we got home late, I couldn't wrap my head around trying to make something that was not easily done on the purple plan and just gave up. Will see how tomorrow goes. I shouldn't quibble about the nearly 20 pounds lost this year so far but it feels like it should be MORE...ah well...

cathygeha if purple is a better fit for your lifestyle by all means keep going girl!! I know with what you have available there you need to do what works for you. I know you can think of ways within the purple plan to get things moving again 😉👍 10/24 31💚/34W

EVERY Time I decide to go back to conquer cravings I drop on the scale. Set up ITB for that program and boom...back down to the lowest of the lows (or almost?) and am dithering again. May track conquer cravings and Purple?
DebDoesWW , I hate dithering...do find that Purple is easier here than Core as there are more points to play with (sort of) daily and Conquer Cravings has me at 21 points (fiber/fat/calories calculation). That is not much but there are 35 weeklies so perhaps equivalent to the 16 dailies and 28 weeklies of Purple? Hmm...dither...dither...dither
NOTE: Stuck with PURPLE...it is working and easy to follow at this point in time

<158> Up though OP yesterday...
Double Tracked on MFP: 1166 calories eaten (low but who knows if things are accurate...didn't weigh the apples so they could have had more calories?) and goal is 1270 per day. I am WAY over on carbs, sugar, fiber and way UNDER on protein and could eat more fat.
Addendum: 3 more points for walnuts (from our trees) and weighed out at 1/2 oz + some cucumbers 13/16 28/28 1316/1270 (so over on calories by a bit)
