FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

I go shopping Wednesday with Russ. I am going to call my nurse ask her why right at pome isn't willing to shop./ Their contract ends December 31. I will be glad. I am staying with my MCO. I get meals on wheels with them. I couldn't find help to gt a medicare d plan. Right now I have no copays. So I am happy. I am eating brown rice and black beans. I am eating 8 meals. 1/3 cup brown rice and 1/3 cup black beans 8 times addy.
