FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

GOOD MORNING. I start over today. eating beans and rice. I am very hungry. I go to WW after my booster last Friday. I did not want to go until I got a booster the wy they are packing it in so close together. I go with para transit. They don't have vegetarian meals.

Mo, for a change, I will plan my meals too -now to actually stick to the plan!
Brenda, that's why I no longer buy candy, I buy glowsticks. Even I won't eat those, lol!
I would love to get a booster but can't just yet. So instead I'll go and get a flu shot. This is my year for vaccinations! I've had two covid shots, 2 shingles shots and am planning on a flu shot and hopefully a booster shot. Then maybe I'll feel safe to take spinning classes again. Our county's postivity rate is 6%, jeesh! But NYC is under %2 -Update NY is stupid!
