Pat, I would consider a nap equal to meditation for health! I did yard clean up, mulching and hand pruning shrubs for a client yesterday, she has tons of bulbs, mixes of tulips and many kinds of daffodils. She is hiring me to come back and remove all her daffodils, she doesn't like them. They are so pretty, I talked her into either putting them in a big pot, or moving to the back of her yard behind hostas so she doesn't have to look at the mess after blooming. One of my friends did a walk around her town (a very wealthy neighborhood with many beautiful landscapes) and took photos of all the blooming trees, and it's making me want to get out there to do the same. I need some nice photos for my power points for clients. Carol, your virtual walking tour sounds awesome. Where are you finding this? I need to make some coconut curry! I've been eating lots of sandwiches lately and it must stop!

I'm back! Good morning Lisa. Yikes I can't imagine anyone wanting daffodils removed. Years ago we rented a carriage house and in spring the front yard was almost one big swatch of crocus in so many colors. The landlord went around and ripped them out! My son was just a little fella and he rescued all the ripped out crocus. We floated them in bowls of water. Yesterday was not good food wise, but I did get my PT and some Kundalini yoga accomplished in the evening. I journaled about it this morning and came to the conclusion that I was stress eating, plain and simple. Now that I put a name on it, I can move forward. My mid-week scale check-in was NOT in a happy place! Daily Affirmation - I am taking my nutritional plan back to a happy place. Fitness Report - Pi/yo PT and Kundalini yoga. Health Goal - read the restaurant menu in advance and choose happy plan food at book club tonight. Gratitude - that yoga is a part of my life. Good morning to Carol and Suzanne any anyone who joins us today.
