Good Morning, WW Friends ~
TGIF!! I have been up for hours and got all the chores done that are going to be done today. I am off to meet a distant friend for lunch and then shopping at an Outlet Mall. Last weekend I had NO plans and this weekend my dance card seems full. Tomorrow I have a lunch with my VBF, then in the late afternoon a Surprise Birthday party with co-workers. My love tank will certainly be full!
Ann ~ I certainly hope you get to feeling more perky! How did your shopping go yesterday??
Judy ~ I had to LOL about your crazy story, but I'm not terribly surprised. Sad for all concerned!
I better get my stuff together and get moving.
BBL. Make a great day!!

Sue your upbeat post helped thanks for that and I know you will enjoy filling your 'love tank' What's getting me down the most is not hearing results from the Lyme test. Seems like I've been waiting for the blood test (3 weeks) and now the results. I do get that it takes time....however it all comes back to me late at night....I sleep and I'm grateful for that, but it's just not the same. Thanks for listening and will TRY to get back into the Cafe later on. Pam hope all is well with you and DH and your DD's Judy I did get and answered you message.

Hello friends! I am happy to report that after 4 days of so-so following the new WW plan, I dropped 2.6 lbs. which puts me comfortably below goal, for which I am thankful. My foot is giving me fits again, so yesterday was a DOR. Debbie was having terrible headache and body aches post-Covid vaccine booster, so we didn't walk. I spent the greatest portion of the day in the lazyboy reading my latest book, Three Sisters by Susan Mallery, and playing computer games. I did manage to make it to yoga. Debbie and I walked late this afternoon and plan to walk again at 8:00 am tomorrow, if my foot can stand it. I slept over 9 hours last night and felt really good today, except for my foot. I guess it's time to contact my PCP and see if I can get another steroid shot or if he wants me to see the orthopedic doctor again. I don't see how I could manage surgery until we get DH's foot healed, so there's not much use in seeing the orthopedic doc. And speaking of DH's foot, he had a cast change and wound care appointment at 12:30 today. The wound has shrunk quite a bit from last week, but still has a long way to go. We celebrated with a Chinese dinner afterwards, which meant we ate about 2:00 pm. I had Hunan Chicken, which is made with chicken breast, lots of onions, peppers and broccoli, so I scored a point for eating my veggies, lol. It was delicious and I was so full, for supper I only had some brussels sprouts, a little salad and a boiled egg. DH and I called DD3 yesterday and smoothed things over some. I feel much better, even though they probably will not make the trip here for Christmas. I just didn't want her to think we didn't care and understand the difficulty involved with a child too young to be vaccinated. Ann - It seems like you should have results from the Lyme test by now. Does your doctor use My Chart? I love being able to get lab results quickly through the My Chart app. My doctor usually calls later to make sure I got the results and understand them. Sue - Isn't it nice to be able to enjoy getting together with friends again? Have fun! Judy - Sent a message about the incredible story. Too good to be true, IMHO. It must be like watching a train wreck about to occur. Hope you have a great weekend at HOME! I'm going to read a bit and head to bed. Sweet dreams!
