Sunday - 30 minutes plus Functional Fitness, Walking, Yoga 12,504 Steps

Soon I will not be able to work outside as regularly as I have been so I am going to need to do some work with free weights for my arms. Whatever I decide I need to divide it up so that it is daily because I don't stick to a three day a week kind of thing. We'll see....

With the really cold temps today all I could do was walk in place. I didn't even put my Fitbit on this morning but still got in enough steps for the challenge. Hang in there my friend. We il get through this. It's 30 minutes of activity and you can do this. Creative is our middle name, right?

Monday 69 minutes walking beside my laptop five plus times. Every time I decided to get outside and walk, it was snowing. YIKES!

It was a long journey for me to become who I am today. Hooray that we have each other on this journey!!! Oh yes it is a long journey but I'm so glad we have both chosen to keep doing what has worked. January 4, 2005 I walked into a Weight Watchers meeting and I never looked back. 191.6 pounds and now I'm under 133. It's become my way of life. a lifestyle if you will. I went before the birth of our first grandchild and he's 16 and will be 17 in April. I've always said, he was my anchor. I wanted to be around and healthy as he grew up. Well I have three more now and it just keeps getting better. Our journey began with that first step and we will continue to keep taking those steps daily. ********** Bravo Stars **********

I don't think I realized how valuable and important to me this change in mindset has become. I never ever want to go back to the behavior that is in my rear view mirror. I believe that the tenacity to change is a gift from God and came from a sincere desire to have a different type of life. Well, I loved reading your post!
