Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

I had 2 pizzas this week yesterday and the day before I a waiting for nutrisystem D coming today or tomorrow. Today if it goes to madison in the night from Illinois. My bike is coming today. My desk is in the hallway I can not move it Both have to be put together, i hope the movers can take the desk parts box into the apartment They have most nutrisystem foodnin the WW tracker. The diabetes plan I got. It has no shakes etc. cause I use the WW smoothies for less [pomts and more calcium and protein. In add-on I will eat 7 ounces of tuna. 2 smoothies ww vitamin which is one point smoothies 5 and tuna 1. fruit frozen peaches and15 ozopumkin both 0 points I start with 7 points. Breakfast snack lunch and dinner. it is coming from QVC. But I went to nutrisystem to start the plan where I can get no pork no mayonnaise nor peppers. From nutrisystem I will get 24 days a mont with 6 to 7 to do on my own, QVC you get 20 days. i will get from nutrisystem each month. This way I get my basics to add to the nutrisystem 29 points from nutrisystem to get to 36. 4 items so it will be close. Some days below see days a little more. i was surprised how WW has so many items in the tracker A long as I track my food and nutrisystem I am following WW and nutrisystem.

i sake to nutrisystem and they were soon nice to take out fods with peppers pork and mayonaiisse. You do not get that with QVC. I got to nutrisystem from Amazon.If i get a receipt and fill out a paper and get the credit card statement my trust will pay.

Good morning everyone!
I am sorry I have not been here. No excuses but I am going down the scale again. Mainly due to proper food planning for me. I hope to be back to at lease the 208.6 I have posted here by Saturday. I am 209.8 this morning.
My Drs appt last week went well. My thyroid had a normal reading but I started cholesterol medicine. I have told my DR for about 5 years now that if I could not do it by diet, I would take the med, so I guess its time!

Amy, it sounds like Christmas there with all the deliveries you're getting today, lol! Hope you enjoy the bike and the nutrisystem foods!
Mo, glad to hear from you! And glad you're thyroid is stable. Sorry about the new meds BUT you can get off them again when you get your weight down -which I know you can do!
Last night I made it to the gym for arm weights and just 15 minutes on the rowing machine. I would have done a spinning class too but at last minute Susan and I decided to go to the cheap theatre to see "La La Land". The cheap threatre now has the fancy reclining seats, woohoo! And only $2 on week nights ($3 on Fri, Sat and Sun)! I have a lot of errands and some baking to do tonight so it may be an enforced DOR for me. We're driving to Binghamton (NY) tomorrow after work to celebrate Timmy's birthday, which if officially on May 2nd. Timmy didn't want to really celebrate at all because his wife, Julie, is defending her doctorate dissertation on Monday and he didn't want anything to overshadow that celebration, assuming she passes with flying colors. But we and Julie insisted his birthday is important and we WILL celebrate it. Julie is beyond stressed out but taking a break Friday evening is good for her. There's nothing she can do at this point but stay calm and rehearse what she'll say. Of course the group she's presenting to will presumeably grill her about her work but there's nothing she can do about that so might as well relax.
Easy for us to say, we haven't been working towards this for the past 5 years! Please cross your fingers for Julie!
