Good morning friends. Slept well and grateful.
The moon was absolutely beautiful last night. It helped me to put things in proper perspective.
After the test I am going to call it a day, get jammified and relax.
Waving and shall CBL
Wishing all a peaceful happy and OP day!

Good Morning, WW Friends ~
Happy Hump Day!! I didn't post yesterday because I was wiped out after school. We had our male substitute instructor at Fitness class yesterday morning and he worked us from head to toe. I thought after I sat for a while I would perk up, but that didn't happen.
DH agreed to do a night job yesterday. A restaurant customer needed a grill rebuilt and DH had ordered all the parts he needed, but had to do it after the restaurant closed for the night. He didn't get home until midnight. I didn't sleep well before he got home, and then slept fitfully after he got home. So today will be another day of being tired. Maybe I'll catch up soon.
I have caught up reading all your news and it was so good to reconnect! I'll try to come back later and write more.
BBL. Make a great day!!

Hi All ~
Though I am bone tired, I came home and made a Crustless Pumpkin Pie which is in the oven right now. It all started because someone put a pumpkin pie in the staff lounge this morning. I saw our custodian carrying a plate with pie on it and he told me where it was. I was on my way up to see my soup buddy who is teaching remotely due to COVID. There was one large slice left and I reasoned that if I took it and she and I split it, we would both get a treat. Then I remembered that she is weight conscious and I am working at losing, so I left it in the lounge for someone else. When we were chatting, I mentioned my WW recipe for Crustless Pumpkin Pie and how much we love it at our house. I told her IMHO it was as good (or better)than store bought pie, and I'm not a fan of crust anyway and found out neither is she. I had all the ingredients for the pie, so mixed it up and heated up the oven. I will take a couple of slices in to work tomorrow and she and I can have a treat before I leave. I have sacked up the trash and emptied the dishwasher and tossed a big salad and rinsed and seasoned two servings of baby salad shrimp. That will be our supper along with pumpkin pie for a snack.
Ann ~ Glad your test is done. I know waiting for your other results is very tedious, but it happens! You're doing a great job hanging in there. Yay for finding the tomatoes!!
Judy ~ I had to LOL about your excitement at finding the toaster. Oftentimes it really is the little things!! Safe travels to you. I don't doubt you're tired, with all you've done! When you look back on it, doesn't it just make your head swim?? I'm observing you from a distance and it makes me want a long nap!! You're my hero for sure!!
Pam ~ So glad to hear that you are looking forward to the holiday with all your siblings! Family time has become more scarce and definitely more precious sine the beginning of "that year". My DH refuses to give "that year" a name (or number) and simply refers to "that year". I fear it will always be that to us!
I got my new wireless printer, but it is still sitting here in the box. I need to set it up and usually that would be something I would enjoy but being tired this week it isn't the delight it could be. But I remembered after next Monday and Tuesday, I have 5 days off and I'll get it done then.
BBL. Make a great day!!

Good evening dear friends!
I had a busy day, but a good one. Debbie and I walked at 7:30 and I had a breakfast of carrot cake OO and did a few chores. Then I got cleaned up and make a quick stop in at the wake of my former neighbor's brother. He was only 66 and died of a heart attack while fishing, his favorite activity. They were all in shock at the suddenness, but grateful that he died doing something he loved and didn't suffer long.
From there, I stopped by the cultural center to see what the new market day was all about. They have vendors setting up there on specified days mainly to sell local goods to the passengers from the American Queen riverboat who are being bussed into town to see the sights and shop. This is a very new venture, which I hope will be successful.
Then I went to the hospice office to turn in notes from my last visit and attend our Thanksgiving dinner. It was quite festive with LOTS of food. I tried to dish a Tbls. or so of my favorites, including several desserts and was way over on points today, as far as I can figure. Dinner tonight was venison stew over brown rice, yellow squash and smothered okra and tomatoes. I am quite full.
I ran a couple of errands and then headed home. We had a credit union board meeting today via phone, which ended just in time for me to get dinner on. We also had a good face-time with DD3. I have put off calling to give her time to cool off, but I knew we would have to make the first step and call her. It went well, for which I am both relieved and grateful.
Now, DH has gone to bed and I plan to read a bit before turning in. There is rain predicted for the early morning hours, so Debbie and I opted to sleep in and walk later in the day.
Sue - I well understand the tiredness after a good workout. I was like that last evening after yoga and slept for over 8 hours. Bless your DH for staying up late for his customers. I guess I never thought about the fact that restaurant repairs have to be done very late or very early.
Ann - I don't understand why the Lyme disease test takes so long, unless it is one that has to be mailed off for processing, instead of being done locally. I know you will be glad to finish with all your tests for the year. Praying for good results from all of them.
Judy - If anyone I know deserves to be tired, it is you! I am glad you came to a resolution with DS and the dog. If you keep D & D crated at his house, he can keep his crated at yours. It's not a perfect solution, but way cheaper than boarding, I'm sure. Glad you found the toaster! That made me smile.
